Be Collaborative Care's Adolescent IOP is a comprehensive treatment program that utilizes multidisciplinary, evidence-based methods designed to assist teens in uncovering, addressing, and resolving their eating disorder triggers while-empowering them with the skills, support, and resources they need to move toward lifelong wellness.

What We Treat:

Anorexia | Bulimia | Compulsive Over-Exercise Disorder | Binge-Eating Disorder | ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) | Other Feeding and Eating Disorders

Program Details:

Adolescent IOP runs Monday-Thursday from 3:30pm - 6:30pm and uses a variety of eating disorder interventions, including:

  • Weekly individual therapy and nutrition appointments

  • Group and individual therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based techniques

  • Daily snack for real-time practice with support from clinicians and dietitians

  • Family therapy and eating disorder education, including family meal support

  • Medication management (as needed)

  • Movement groups that address compulsive exercise concerns

  • Expressive arts therapy, such as music, painting, and photography

  • Holistic practices, including yoga and meditation

After completing IOP, adolescents have the opportunity to continue care in an ongoing outpatient group. We may also refer your child to outpatient treatment providers in your area.
