  • Our mission at Be includes the word ‘nourish,’ which is about taking care of yourself. Our nutrition services, including nutrition therapy and meal planning, explore how we can make food a part of your journey in living a fuller life. Our role is to help you learn to nourish yourself.

  • Thinking about food can be anxiety-provoking for many people, and we work with you to make food more familiar and approachable. Our ultimate goal is to help you become an intuitive eater, truly attuned to the body’s natural hunger signs. Until then, as we build peace with food and develop those cues and tools, we will make sure you are fully supported and building healthy ways of relating to food by structuring your days and meals together.

  • We are dedicated to meeting you wherever you are, including creating a meal plan for you if appropriate. Meal plans are individualized, and a stark contrast from standardized, scripted plans. While not everyone needs a meal plan, some individuals find that meal plans provide them with the structure and balance they seek in recovery, and help them manage their anxiety. Each person brings a different energy to the world, so we recognize that each person's energy needs are different, too, and customize plans accordingly.

  • Depending yon your needs and preferences, we also provide experiential nutrition services that help you transition from the Be treatment setting to every day life. Some examples include going grocery shopping together, practicing meals out at cafeterias or restaurants, and teaching you how to cook nourishing meals.
