Audrey Grunst brings deep behavioral health expertise across leadership, program development, and business operations, with a clear emphasis on growth, clinical excellence, and a positive employee culture. She is the Founder of Simply Bee Counseling, where she has led the development and scaling of innovative mental health programs since 2009, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care.

With over 15 years of experience specializing in eating disorder treatment, Audrey is recognized for her clinical leadership in complex care, as well as her work treating mood disorders and co-occurring conditions. She believes community connection is essential to helping individuals access and remain engaged in high-quality behavioral health care.

A sought-after speaker and published author, Audrey joined Be Collaborative care in 2024, bringing her expertise and vision to support the expansion of accessible, high-quality mental health services. She is the author of the copyrighted Growth & Resiliency Model (GARM), a framework grounded in compassion, accountability, and long-term healing.

Amanda Tierney is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with nearly two decades of experience in intensive eating disorder treatment settings. She holds a master's degree in Sport Psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology, bringing a unique blend of mental health, performance, and movement expertise to her work with adolescents, adults, and athletes of all backgrounds and abilities.

Amanda’s career has spanned clinical programming, movement and fitness integration, direct client care, and administrative leadership. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Body Positive Fitness Alliance (BPFA) and is the creator of the Therapeutic Exercise Alliance for Movement in Eating Disorders (TEAMed). She also contributes to the field as the treasurer of the iaedp Rhode Island Chapter.

Her approach is holistic, encouraging, and collaborative, supporting clients in reconnecting with movement in safe, sustainable, and body-inclusive ways. Amanda provides Eating Disorder Informed and Sensitive Movement Coaching.

Jennifer Nadeau is a board-certified Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst with over 20 years of experience and a strong commitment to understanding and treating the whole person. Jennifer has spent the past 15 years working extensively in eating disorder treatment and addiction medicine across a variety of settings, including residential care, acute detox programs, and partial hospitalization. She also provides long-term medication management and psychotherapy aimed at supporting sustainable healing and growth.

For 13 years, Jennifer served as a psychiatrist within a college counseling center, offering psychiatric care to young adults during formative and often challenging transitions. She has also contributed to the state forensic system, providing inpatient psychiatric care during the COVID crisis.

Jennifer’s dual training in psychiatry and psychoanalysis allows for a deeper and more nuanced understanding of each individual, supporting clients in developing meaningful insight into their emotional experiences, internal conflicts, and long-term patterns. This depth-oriented approach helps promote lasting change and a stronger sense of self. Her clinical work includes psychodynamic-focused psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and medication management.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running and horseback riding. She is a seasoned equestrian and competes in events throughout the Northeast. Her favorite time is spent with her two daughters, her husband, and their Bernese Mountain Dog.

With five years of clinical experience, Allison has supported adolescents, adults, and families across a wide range of treatment settings, including inpatient, C-BAT, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care.

Allison’s approach is person-centered and collaborative, with a strong commitment to meeting each client exactly where they are. She emphasizes the importance of values-based work and focuses on helping clients build the skills and confidence needed to reach their goals and move toward meaningful change.

Ashley Almeida is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is currently working toward certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Ashley earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings nine years of experience supporting young adults, adults, and families.

Ashley is passionate about eating disorder treatment and is committed to integrating a trauma-informed lens into all areas of work. Before stepping into the current role, Ashley spent seven years in outpatient therapy focusing on Anxiety Disorders, particularly Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, as well as Eating Disorders. Ashley also has extensive experience supporting individuals with PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder. Most recently, Ashley served as the Partial Hospital Program Lead Clinician at Be Collaborative Care before transitioning to Program Development Manager and Clinical Community Educator.

Ashley is driven by a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and self-actualization. One of Ashley’s long-term goals is to present on the connection between eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder, an area of clinical interest and passion.Her clinical approach includes CBT-E, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Macie Stella earned her Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, where she developed a strong foundation in food science, nutrition, and recipe development. She completed her internship with Be Collaborative Care and quickly became an integral part of the team.

In her role as a Culinary Nutritionist, Macie creates recipes tailored to each client’s unique needs and provides hands-on support during mealtimes. She also leads meal preparation demonstrations designed to help clients build confidence in the kitchen and cultivate a healthier, more empowered relationship with food.

Macie is passionate about cooking, creativity, and helping others engage with food in meaningful, balanced ways. Outside of work, she can often be found developing new recipes, working on her own cookbook, or baking lots of sourdough bread.

Victoria Lyons is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. She also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Dependency and Addiction Studies and Psychology, with a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience. Victoria brings more than eight years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

Victoria began her clinical work in a PHP/IOP setting serving adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. She later gained experience in community and clinical case management before discovering a passion for working with youth. She went on to provide school-based mental health services and substance use prevention programming across Rhode Island and later worked in group private practice before joining Be Collaborative Care.

Victoria believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Her approach focuses on helping clients clarify their values, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels purposeful and fulfilling. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelor of Science from Stonehill College, where she spent a semester studying women's health and HIV in Kenya.

Allison has extensive experience across multiple levels of care and has dedicated her career to eating disorder treatment, college mental health, and caregiver support. She has presented nationally, contributed to published work in the field, and served as the founding president of the Rhode Island iaedp chapter.

Allison’s approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on helping clients explore their goals, values, and motivation for change. She aims to walk alongside clients as they navigate both the challenges and victories of recovery.

Her treatment modalities include CBT, CBT-E, ERP, ACT, FBT, DBT, IPT, and Mindfulness-based practices.

Elizabeth has extensive experience across multiple levels of eating disorder treatment, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, residential care, and clinical leadership. Her work reflects decades of dedication to helping individuals move toward healing, freedom, and a stronger sense of self.

Elizabeth’s approach is holistic and collaborative, with a strong focus on helping clients connect with their values and cultivate a life guided by authenticity and self-compassion. She values honesty without judgment and believes deeply that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible. Elizabeth also brings lived experience, which informs her empathy, insight, and commitment to the recovery process.

Amelia Poliseno Grant is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. With seven years of experience, Amelia has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of treatment settings.

She completed her dietetic internship with Delicious Living Nutrition, where she developed a strong foundation in sustainable nutrition practices. Prior to joining Be Collaborative Care, Amelia worked as a clinical dietitian, gaining extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration.

As Nutrition Manager, Amelia leads with compassion and clarity. She is dedicated to helping clients rebuild a positive, sustainable relationship with food through education, structure, and individualized support. Her approach emphasizes trust, curiosity, and the belief that nourishment is both physical and emotional.

Cindi integrates nutrition education, compassion, and a non-diet approach to help clients push back against diet culture and reconnect with nourishment in a grounded, empowering way. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and certified personal trainer, she also enjoys introducing clients to mindful movement and helping them explore their body’s capabilities at different stages of treatment. Cindi brings a balanced, supportive presence to her work and values meeting each client where they are with curiosity, patience, and respect.

Hanna has experience working with professional and collegiate athletes across a wide range of sports, supporting performance goals while emphasizing long-term health and sustainability. In addition to her work in athletics, she brings clinical experience from inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing her to support individuals with both everyday nutrition needs and more complex medical considerations.

Hanna believes that nutrition is highly personal and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. She encourages clients to come in with an open mind and a willingness to step outside of their comfort zone, recognizing that meaningful change takes time. As Client Care Coordinator at Simply Bee, her goal is to ensure that each client feels valued and supported in every interaction. Driven by empathy and her passion for personal growth, Faye strives to create a positive impact for those around her.

Faye’s background in the restaurant and food service industry sharpened her skills in communication, multitasking, and customer engagement. In 2022, she transitioned into healthcare as a Patient Service Representative, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the community. She is excited to continue her journey of helping others in new and impactful ways.

Outside of work, Faye enjoys baking, frequently experimenting with new recipes inspired by her cultural background, and is always open to learning new recipes.
